Please note that you must contact us at this email address and you must receive approval before shipping your returns back to us.

After we receive your returned product and after it is inspected by our team, we will provide you with a notice of approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved,

we will refund the credit card that was used to make the initial purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us with a return claim and place an order for a new product.

This is the best and fastest way for you to receive your new product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Hazardous Materials Return Policy

Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials.
